Our rating system is on a 1-10 scale.
10 is the best wine ever, hands down, we would drive 200 miles to purchase it, we don't care what the price is, etc. - it's just that good.
6 or above is worth looking at buying - because we would definitely pick up a 2nd bottle.
Anything 4-5 is a little questionable, depends on the price really - you wouldn't want to spend $20.00 on a 4 or 5 rating wine, but maybe $3.99 is worth it.
Anything below 4 really isn't worth your time - no matter how cheap you get it for. Chances are if we give something a 1 or a 2, we couldn't finish drinking the bottle because we disliked it so much.
Keep in mind every person's tastes our different. We give you two different perspectives, but that doesn't mean you'll love a wine that both of us like - and it also doesn't mean you'll hate a wine that we dislike. It's just to give you an idea of whether we'd buy the bottle again or not.
